Introduction:

The Power Profile building system was patented in 1994 and is well suited to the construction of a variety of building structures. Power Profile provides a cost-effective durable structure with a high quality finish requiring low maintenance. The system lends itself equally for use as permanent buildings or movable structures.

The System:

Our building method makes use of fully approved building materials and offers a cost-effective technology previously not available in the construction industry. The system comprises laminated panels consisting of specially profiled metal sheeting and polystyrene insulation. The steel sheets interconnect to offer high strength allowing the technique to be used for both walls and roofs. The superstructure is erected on a concrete slab. The system has been tested by SABS. Organisations like the NPI and BIFSA are consulted on a continious basis.

System Usages: Building:

• schools/classrooms; ablution blocks; clinics; offices;
• community centres/halls/churches;
• houses/holiday homes;
• roofs (no trusses & ceiling needed);
